Mondeo Outside Temperature Gaugee

beach avenue III - encouragement

Today I'm really happy. I was awake very early and thought at the time almost exactly a year ago. At that time I had met through Twitter a neurologist from the ST, which to me says much about the illness of my husband. They advised us to necessarily see a doctor again to reach a diagnosis and possible cure. And so we drove on 8 July 2009 on the beach avenue home to Bamberg - full of sorrow, because the day before my Internet friend Laura had died in a university hospital, afraid of what would now come to us, but also of hope, because my husband completely in the University Hospital of Erlangen had received a short inspection appointment with the chief doctor. For the visit to the University Hospital of Erlangen has not helped my husband. Although we have received a diagnosis, but most of all, we know what he did not. Even a professor of movement disorders had examined him, they looked quite rare neurological disease, we tried it with unpleasant lumbar punctures. They had tried to impose his medication and rehabilitation, to help him could not. Over all the studies he had become very ill and came in early September after a prolonged hospital stay as a nursing care home. I have researched on the internet, read, talked to doctors and therapists. There were many arguments against, and little evidence of the effectiveness of craniosacral therapy. The months of physiotherapy did not help, my husband was less and less and now sits in a wheelchair for a long time. In Bamberg, I found a physical therapist who treated him with Craniosacral therapy. With very good success. Now we were looking for someone to Fehmarn.
Three weeks ago, I dialed the phone number that I got from Bill. It is reported a friendly lady with whom I came right into the conversation in detail. She offered the Craniosacral Therapy, and when I told her the problems of my husband, they told me that she had learned this therapy to help her own husband. He too had had the illness of my husband. It confirmed my opinion that the treatment methods at the University Hospital could not be effective. With a lumbar puncture can be, it can ameliorate the symptoms in the short term, but achieve a cure. The drugs could be counterproductive, since the corresponding disease was indeed excluded by the investigations.

And so we went yesterday with hope, but with a little anxiety of the unknown, on the beach avenue towards the castle, then across the island to the practice of the new therapist. She has extensively looked after my husband and examines it closely. She has found that, that his right leg quite a bit shorter than the left leg. Had noticed no university professor. She found out why he was currently impossible to run. No wonder then that the physical therapy could work.

I wanted to actually read during treatment, but it was so interesting that I have experienced and observed. Simple exercises I can do every day with my husband at home. And the conversation gave me hope that our rejection of the Medicine is not wrong, that we are now on the right track.

Now we are again full of hope. My husband has responded very positively and in the evening already felt much better. This coming Monday is the next date.

way: my call to the health insurance indicated that they would not pay that kind of treatment. A three-day hospital stay during a spinal tap would cost about 2500 €, which would reimburse the fund for granted. But we shall refrain, not only because of the proven ineffectiveness of this treatment. My husband would again have considerable anxiety and great stress in the hospital stay. And it has already very ill made, the consequences are for today yet.

Now we take the tour again next Monday on the beach avenue to the next therapy - on a road full of hope.
