As I said on my blog last Wednesday beach avenue IX, I had not thought that the storms of this day could increase it. On the night of Thursday we had a good sleep. The storm raged not so severe, in the apartment was nice and warm again. But I noticed a strange feeling in my stomach - it was already noon and I still had not heard from the notary. Today should be the purchase price paid for our house so we can take over on Monday.
I called the notary, but no one volunteered, so wrote I Clerk of an email. I made them aware of the consequences have, would not the house if we could take time. I have ordered many craftsmen, soon will come the floats from Bamberg. There, waiting for the buyers of our apartment that the apartment is vacated. The dates can not be moved easily. When my girlfriend called to chat, just a friendly mail came from T-Mobile customer service. I was informed that the contract for the Bamberg connection is now terminated. The pleasure increased even more, because when I came back from shopping, a package was outside our apartment door. My new book was finally published and the publisher had sent me 20 copies hot off the presses! Hans Christian and I met with a glass of champagne, because that was already my sixth book now! And it took a long time until it was finished, with all the excitement of last year.
With so much joy I had not had time to take some photos. The sea was very calm in front of our window and the sky shone with us to race! While driving on the beach avenue I had the Fehmarn bridge again can see, the autumn landscape lay in beautiful mild October light with a slight haze over the fields. The yacht harbor was almost empty, the boats have been brought to their winter quarters.

The beach avenue for me is not just a road that leads to South Beach, but a way to happiness. Each time we arrive, I get heart palpitations.
