I sniffed back a bit!
Once a belated Christmas present:
not hard to see: a sleep mask. Sweet dreams.
Then I wanted to sew something for myself - and with a quick success. From the remains, I then sewed this great vest.
Last days I had bought an original pattern from the 70s, consisting of a rock and a Western pattern. The latter I have sewn. Although I think the West great, I have virtually none. They are so versatile!
The fronts I made from a blend of my "little black dress" (With sleeves, not to be confused with the "little black dress without sleeves;) made, the back ... Beautiful fabric. Seen, in love, bought (although that was actually too expensive) and just tried a skirt cut it. The Burda I had not previously measured, then I still made mistakes while sewing and then the rock landed in a box. From what is not all spent for the skirt, so I made the back, you can see the fabric samples also very beautiful.
The buttons are great! Actually, I wanted something thin, horizontal, silver as a decorative buckle, but something had I do not have in stock and I wanted a quick Closer episode, I pulled out my glass button. Since flutter is
cattle on it!
The buttons are well, which were meant more for a dress or hunting outfit.
Actually, the vest is to be fed, but here I refer to the desired speed sewing success. Since it inside but it should be neat, I took on my supply of cotton bias tape.
I like the vest! She had quickly adapted to my size and really sew. Next time I will make the neck but larger. The has become a bit small, and therefore poses wrinkles.
